Joel Ragland is a practicing transactional attorney. He was admitted to the bar in 1986 after receiving his Juris Doctor degree from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis. Prior to attending law school, he graduated Summa Cum Laude from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas which a Bachelor of Music Education Degree. He is a deacon at the church of Christ at Trenton Crossing.
