Sofia Kouninis
About
Sofia Kouninis is an Associate Attorney with Goble & Yow Attorneys, PLLC, where she focuses on litigation and advocates for clients throughout the legal process. She brings substantial courtroom experience to the firm, having previously served as a prosecutor and public defender and having handled criminal matters from arraignment through trial and verdict.
Before joining Goble & Yow, Attorney Kouninis served as a Deputy Assistant State’s Attorney in Connecticut, where she managed a high-volume criminal docket and litigated matters through to verdict.
Attorney Kouninis earned her Juris Doctor from Western New England University school of Law and her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Journalism from Emory University in Atlanta, GA.
Licensed in CT, Practice Pending Admission pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. § 10.07
